The time to explain the cleaning process and make sure we were satisfied with the cleaning.

I was left with stains - when pointed out to the technician all he did was go over them once more - stains are still there. Stains on business carpet almost look no different either. When our local carpet cleaners have done both residence and business - stains were gone. Their technician pretreated and scrubbed on tough spots - not just a go over.

they were prompt and did a nice job.

Project well coordinated. Worked good around existing furnature. Protected furnature and door jambs. Cleaned up some tough spots.

I had requested that all of our upstairs bedrooms be cleaned and I assumed they had until after I paid and discovered they had not been - and I believe from the price quote I was charged for them.

Edges of carpet were not cleaned well. Missed spots and had to ask to go over them.

Cleaned well and service man was very professional.

I think your company is great, and the carpet cleaner was very professional. I would only add that there was a couple of dirt spots left in the heavy traffic area. It was this carpets first cleaning and its high end carpet.

PAID $120 FOR EXTRACTION BUT THE SPOT STILL SMELLS LIKE DOG URINE. HOPEFULLY THE SMELL WILL FADE. THE STAIN IS ACTUALLY GONE THOUGH

Staff is very friendly and well informed. As a construction contractor, can't tell you how long it's been since our office carpet had been cleaned, if ever. It looks like brand new carpeting. The guys did a great job!!! Will certainly be spreading the word about Zerorez!!

That you use steam and not plain water. Your prices are pretty good altho because my livingroom equaled more square footage than both my bedrooms did since I didn't move heavy furniture and beds in the bedrooms, I still got charged the same amount for each room. As well as the extra protective spray I had him apply.

I felt that when I didn't take the technician up on his offer to put a protectant on the carpets after they were cleaned he was upset with me. My carpets are very old and will probably be replaced within the next year, so I didn't feel the need to spend more money on them.

Most of the carpet looks great and Grandpa is pleased, but some spots near the entrance to the kitchen seem to be returning... :-)

I wasnt informed that the stains in my carpet would not be able to get treated as they cost extra and i thought that was what zerorez was allo about. Also i felt as the employee didnt try the hardest. Also my carpet wasnt cleaned even though we had moved EVERYTHING and it was only 1 foot more, not a walk in closet.

Excellent customer service for a technician to make a return trip in an attempt to remove a carpet stain that was not completely removed from the full service. The stain is almost completely removed now, which is what I hoped for, knowing it's an old difficult stain. The tech (Steve?) was very professional and provided education for the protective application, which I appreciated. Thank you!
