For our first experience having our carpets professionally cleaned we were hoping to get a better outcome for the price we had to pay. There were a couple light stains we were hoping hiring professionals would take care of it but it didn't.
Technician was very knowledgeable and worked to do the best job and added requested services on the spot. Liked the lack of toxic chemicals, detergents, etc.
Very promp, friendly, and did a good job carpets look great.
I like that we got a call to alert us that he was on his way. Our carpets look great.
I didn't have real high expectations for my carpet... But still felt disappointed with the outcome. I had thought that the high traffic areas would lighten back up a little bit... As they do when I have cleaned them myself in the past. I was surprised that the technicians were only here for less than an hour which makes me feel like they didn't try too hard to get them very clean. All that said they do look better than they did before but I probably won't call again and I'm definitely glad I didn't buy all the extra stuff they tried selling me for the animal stains.
Really appreciated the friendliness of the technician and he did a great job on our floors. Will definitely recommend yall to others.

Our cat urinated on my beloved purple couch and I thought it was ruined. You got the smell out and I am so happy! I think the employee was Robert.

The carpet looks great. I can't tell that the recliner was cleaned. I know it was because my husband was there but it doesn't look like it was cleaned
For some reason, I thought the rugs would look cleaner than they do. I'm not sure what the problem is.
I was introduced to Zerorez at the Home Show and scheduled a cleaning with the promotion (3 rooms cleaned get one free). I was a little taken back when the service rep charged me for an entire room when he did about a 3 x 3 section in one room and also charged a complete room charge for the landing area at the top of the stairs. He explained while I was there that I could use one of the rooms towards the extra fee for the stairs. I expected to pay extra for the stairs minus $33 (1 room charge)as I only had 2 rooms and the small areas at the top of the stairs and the small portion in the entrance.
I was able to get scheduled in right away, the technician showed up on time, and the results were great!
Easy reservation process, tech was there at the house when he said that he would be there. He was polite & professional.

Friendliness of staff and serviceman was exceptional. I will be using them to clean all my carpets in the future

The technician was very professional and helpful. That being said I had paid $45 for a pet treatment for one room but one of the poop stains still remains. Also anything that is a red stain is still in all the areas that were cleaned as well. I am a bit disappointed with these issues but happy with how the rest of my carpet is clean and soft again and the friendliness and professionalism of the technician.
Results for price were less than expected.

You may have done an excellent job, but it is our experience that stains may reappear a few days after cleaning. I need a couple more days before I could say it was excellent. I need to look at the carpet with the sun shining on it to see if I think it was the best job ever.

We had 2 urine spots from our dog and I was told the price was going to increase dramatically for "urine extraction" and something to do with the pad underneath. I agreed as we wanted those stains gone. The stains are better but I dont feel like the price doubling or more was justified as the stains are still present.
