The person who cleaned the carpet took the time to explained what he was doing and was very thorough. The carpet did not have any sticky residue and looks new again! !! Highly recommend Zerorez!
The cost was way more than I bargained for. I don't feel that the quality of the service and the end result are worth what I paid. There are already stains showing back up in the same spots. While I understand that our carpet was very dirty, it was not cleaned as well as I feel it should have been for what I paid. The tech was nice, but more concerned in showing me what his black light found tham removing the obvious spots. He was so concerned to show me the underlying spots but when finished didn't even show me that they were gone. I paid extra for the special treatment of the padding but for all I know the spots may still be there.
Personnel were confident about the quality of their product, efficient and mannerly in their work. Our carpet dried more quickly than with other cleaning systems and looked good. I will definitely consider Zerorez for future cleaning services.

A little disappointed that some of the carpet did not come as clean as we would have liked.
Just didnt clean much better than the other guys. Maybe it will last long just have to wait and see.

We spent money on having a carpet cleaned and had animal stains treated but after the cleaning the carpet smelled terrible. When the technician came back he said we would need 13 x 65$ to get it fixed. So we would have had to spend 1000 dollars to get it cleaned. Your customer service is excellent but very disappointed to have paid 150 dollars to clean a carpet then throw it away.
Very professional and courteous. They pinpointed the problem with my carpet, quickly took care of everything and made sure I knew the price before they did any work. The carpets looked and amazing! Just as if they were installed that day.
Robert and Darren were friendly and did a great job. They walked me through everything they were going to do and gave me a firm estimate before they started. They took thier time - they did not seem to be rushing to get done. Carpets looked great when they were done. I will definitely use zerorez again for my carpets and will most likely have you out to do my floors and ducts in the near future.
It was great that there were no chemicals or perfumes, which members of my family are very sensitive to.
Your 4 hr window is taxing to say the least, I had a 4-8 time and he called to be there at 7:30 pm. So I would say get the first one in the morning or plan camping out. He did a good job, friendly, clean appearance, efficient person. But I really dislike that scheduling, it is almost a deal breaker. There was an area that wasn't as clean as I would have liked after it dried, what do you guarantee?

Quality! Professional! And the best carpet cleaning I have had done!
The dirt areas we were wanting to remove are still there. The nice guy that came out said the carpet fibers were not twisted anymore. but we just felt like the dirty spots should have been gone.
or at least lightened up some, but we saw no difference.
