Quick, friendly, thorough. Made sure it was done well!
I moved my own furniture and prevacuumed. As an able bodied person that was not a probablem, it sure could be for others. Many friends are seniors and would not be able to move their own furniture so I won't recommend Zerorez to them. The technition was punctual, professional, and did a good job of cleaning the designated areas.
Your employee Tyson was extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the service and products used. An asset to your team for sure!

I think they are very responsible in the products that they clean with and the way that they clean. The company goes out of their way to make sure that they can service your needs as best as they can and will make changes in their own schedules to accomodate you.

At first we were a bit distraught at what appeared to be streaks left by the process, but we discovered that the streaks were simply the way the carpet fibers were laying and the streaks were easily "erased."

The first thing we liked was that the representative was ON TIME. He advised us about what services were available, and we asked him to clean our carpets and our heavily used family room furniture. He did a very nice job, and my husband commented that he would definitely use Zerorez again. We will also call in the future to set up an appointment to have our ductwork cleaned. We were very happy with the service provided, and have already told several others about it.
