On time and a very professional technician in Robert Cruz
I couldn't really tell a difference. The stains are still there and the carpet feels crunchy.
I have used Zerorez several times and never had a bad experience, this visit was a little different. I think you may need to improve on your web site appointment scheduling as my appointment, although scheduled was over booked with some one else. it ended up working out okay so I am still very satisfied, and my cleaner did a really good job, but perhaps it would help others if you could improve the internet scheduling portion of the site

I was AMAZED how great the carpets looked after the cleaning!!! My carpets were really worn from foot traffic leaving them with dirty footprints. After cleaning they looked brand new agian! And the gentlemen doing the cleaning, Tyson, was very friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job! Thank you!

I think it was the most through carpet cleaning ever! our tec Kyle was very professional and done a good job upselling!! We ended up spending twice as much as planned, that didn't make me happy, but the job was worth it.
Your products are enviornmentally safe and work very well. My husband just recently picked up a bottle of your spot cleaner fo carpet and it works wonderfully!!!
