Your staff arrived on time. The work was done right and in record time. Wish he had taken more time extracting the water because it took more than 24 hours for it to dry. That is with my heat turned up and fans operating in all rooms. The only drawback I can see. The young man was very friendly and didn't waste time. I will invited you back for my next cleaning.

Jim did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He paid extra attention to the area in our house that had some very bad stains. I watched as he tried very hard to make my carpet look like new. I was very appreciative of his hard work and feel like I got the service I was paying for. Thank you Jim.

Jeremy Morales was the gentleman who cleaned for us. He was awesome! Professional, friendly - he explained the product and process. He is a great asset to your company!
The prices are good; staff friendly and knowledgeable. The disappointment is not being able to make an appointment. We are very busy people, and therefore we have to plan and schedule everything. Holding a day hostage is inconvenient for both us and our tenants.
The carpets look great after cleaning and feel great(soft, no residue). All the stains come out. The guy does great and fast work, is very professional and polite. I'm always pleased with the job done.

Tech was absolutely amazing! Tech took his time explaining the product and answering all our questions. We are going to schedule tile/grout cleaning which we learned about during his visit.

Ivan was so courteous and wanted to please. Carpet looked very good for being 18 years old. Wasn't soaked and took approx. 6 hours to dry. Very happy with service. Am getting area rug cleaned hope it looks as good.
