Fast friendly service
There were a few places the hose scratched off the paint on the banister on my stairs and holy cow, I had to vacuum even the walls after the duct cleaning.not the technician's fault but I expected the machine to suck more of the gunk out.
The employees were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm very pleased with the results.
You were prompt to the scheduled time; your employee was extremely polite, professional and eager to do the job. The cleaning was thorough and looked great when completed.
Was told tech I isn would give me an estimate before he started. He didn't do that. Then he said I would be sent an email receipt-havent gotten that yet. He did a good job and good to have clean carpets again. Was very worried yesterday afternoon because there were so many ripple in the carpet but when dried most of them came out.
Really professional service and really good carpet cleaning system
The response time was amazing. I needed them fast and they accommodated us! Also, the gentlemen that came out to our house was one of the nicest and most customer friendly people my wife and I have ever experienced. We talked later about how nice he was to deal with. THANKS!

To find out it's more than carpet cleaning. I also had my vents done.
There is not a "strong smell of chemicals" when my carpets are cleaned. The spots are gone, and the Zerorez rep-worker is friendly,professional and gets the job done. The man who did our carpets was named "John" and was courteous and did not stop until the carpet looked was finished and all spots removed. He offered some specials, but did NOT push. (which I liked).

Products worked well on our carpet. We are very pleased with the results. John was our technician and was a great guy. He was skilled with his work, and was a very kind and pleasant person to be around. When you have a good product and great service people, you can't go wrong.
If you could narrow the arrival window from 4 hours to 2 hours, I would rank Zerorez a 10. Or if you could offer a "late window" from like 4 pm to 8 pm, it would be more manageable. With a 2 pm start time slot, that's almost an entire afternoon off work just to get the carpets cleaned.
Have the workers carry cash so they can give Chang! I was forced to give a 18.00 tip because the person didn't have change for me. I feel it is inappropriate to not even document the tip.

I was impressed that I was able to schedule an appointment the same day as I called. The technician, John, was professional and spent extra time to help solve our pet issues. I would highly recommend Zerrez to my family and friends.
There are still red stains in numerous spots he left before I even looked at it.
Will work at odd hours, like after five or Saturday. Very carefull when doing the cleaning.

You took my five rugs that I paid in advance to have cleaned, returned three of them after five weeks and after multiple calls on my part, and have still given me no idea when the remaining two will be returned. I am too tired of talking to yet another clerk who tells me they will look into it and then not calling back that I have given up trying this week. You took my money, my rugs, and are completely unprofessional and unbusiness-like. A neighbor asked me yesterday if I would recommend you for cleaning their rugs and I said absolutely not. If I get any more chances to "not" recommend your sleezy outfit, you can be sure I will do so. In the meantime, perhaps someone at Zerorez can find my rugs and return them.
