Our appt time was changed from 2:30 to 8 and we had not approved that time so we had to ask employee to come back in an hour so we could finish preparing the rooms
We have used Zerorez 3 times in the past 6 months and always on time and excellent service.

The carpets were wet for over 8 hours
It's been over 2 weeks and I still have not gotten my area rugs back. I also don't seem to be able to get through on the phone. It puts me straight on hold. I waited for 25 minutes today before giving up. I just can't imagine your phones ringing off the hook that extensively. But I prepaid for the carpets and I want them back.

Our dog got sprayed by a skunk in the middle of the night and ran in the house scooting and rubbing the skunk smell all over our carpets. After some initial mishaps with our appointment, the staff at Zerorez Tri-Cities worked very hard to make accommodations to fulfill our carpet cleaning need. Desiree and Ivan, in particular, were very, very helpful.

Get more moisture out. Took about 8hours to dry. That's with fans on and windows open on a warm day.

Actually, the cleaning part of the job was great (9-10) and First name removed was very happy. But, the appt was scheduled for the afternoon and the rep showed up at 10:00. The reason I (her daughter) set up the appt in the afternoon is because there is a caregiver there until noon that helps my father out and the area to be cleaned is used by them, as well as the fact that she had to vacuum before she left at noon. As it was, something was wrong with the machine and he had to return in the afternoon, anyway. Also, when I printed the invoice only the top portion came out normal and the reset was a mess. I called your office and held for eight (8) minutes while a message kept saying I was first in line; I finally hung up. I reprinted it a different way Tuesday night and it did print correctly. Cleaning = 9-10, Customer Service = 3-4.

Giving a 4 hour window really impacts the day. A 2 hour window is more appropriate.
