I like the green technology, which is why I chose you. Customer service setting up the appointment was very friendly & I felt like I have already been a long time customer. Technician Jim was awesome, on time, took the time to explain the process and go over the areas. I had a couple of stains he was unable to work out, it was very obvious he worked on getting them out, I was very satisfied with end service. At first, I will admit after Jim left, a chair he cleaned looked like the fabric was marked up by the cleaning tool, but once the fabric totally dried the nap of the fabric was brushed and the markings gone. I am very happy and I will be a repeat customer and I will share my experience with friends and family.

Yea, Zerorez! Your Tri-Cities receptionist responded quickly to my need for same-day service. I was moving into a rental house and wanted to make sure the carpets were fresh. At 10:30 a.m. I scheduled a 4 p.m. service call same day. Your scheduler called a few hours later to offer an earlier appointment. This meant I still had moving boxes and furniture in the way. Edwin, my service technician, arrived with a friendly disposition and offered to help me catch up so he could get started. Before Edwin finished the carpets, I figured I should clean my neglected Thomasville couch as well. Edwin didn't hesitate and completed the job with a smile. I couldn't be happier. Responsive, friendly, service-oriented and technically top-notch. Thank you.

Products: Cleaned carpet beautifully, dried fast! Service: Courteous/knowledgeable servicemen. Cleaned all requested carpet areas in LESS than an hour. Kudos to Zerorez for uniforms. Loved the matching shoestrings and the fact that the company had one serviceman cover the tatoos on his arm. Tatoos do not offend me, but just the fact that Zerorez even took that detail into consideration shows a quality organization.
First time client I didn't get a chance to see how well it did, but customer service was extremely helpful and also happy with the results. Thank you.
We have attempted to contact you regarding an area of the carpet that does not appear to come as clean as the rest of it. The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very friendly and efficient but for some reason that one particular portion of the carpet did not come as clean as the others. Thanks

Appt was for 4 pm, after 30 minutes I called to find out why no one showed up and was told I would get a call right back. After 45 minutes I called and left a message that I was leaving the residence and someone should call me within at least a 15 min window. At 6:45 pm I was told the representative would be there at 7 pm. The representative should up at 7:20. I had requested carpet cleaning and sealing of my granite. The representative did not know how to seal the granite and was not aware of the request. I was charged $99 for 3 rooms plus $44 for a fourth room but afterwards I think I saw an newspaper add of an advertised special for July of 4 rooms for $129. The rugs look good but not any better than I have had from other services at other locations. The effort to reach someone by phone required at least a 10-15 min wait.
Master bedroom carpet did not come clean - technician said it was best he could do - I rented a shampoo machine the next day and got it to clean up. Carpet was less than 2 years old and this was its first cleaning - very disappointed. Remainder of carpets and couch cleaning was fine.

All the stains were not removed. Not even 70% of them. I realize you do not commit to a 100% clean, however I went back to you because the clean I received last year was exceptional. Only 1 red stain remained on the carpet. This year, there were several dark spots of dirt were the carpet meets the tile floor of the kitchen and marker/crayon marks that did not come out.
