The service was great. The gentleman that did our carpet was awesome. The only thing I can say is you need to have more people maning the phones. When. I called I was on hold for awhile, then was told to leave a meesage. You did call back in short time. Thank you very much. Name removed

I showed the tech spots in the carpet ,and they were the same after cleaning , another tech came and said 60$ per spot it's cheaper to buy new carpet ,worse cleaning job

I have felt very safe and secure with the help you send out. I feel they are trustworthy as I open up my entire house to them. I also like that the carpet doesn't have a crusty feel to it after it dries or a smell either.

This is my very first time using the service to clean my carpet and I am very pleased with the work done. The customer service and technician were very polite and friendly.

I was charged 99.00 for an area barely over 250 square feet. At the most I should have been charged 66 for my area. I was told 33.00/ 250 square feet. I get you are trying to do your 99.00 "deal", but my area was too small to be charged 99!

The rugs didn't dry as quickly as you said they were going to be. The guys that came to our house were very nice but rugs took at least 24 hours to dry.

The sides of my mattress were not touched on the top. The odor of my mattress came back after it dried.

Great work on the cleaning ,very detailed oriented and friendly. Zero moisture or smell when I entered the house when they were done. The technician was very knowledgable and professional. I have recommended them to others and will have them back to do the rest of the house next month

Service was excellent & such a hardworker.

Was quoted different price than charged. Tried to up sell my daughter not asking me for permission to treat stains. Did not get out some food stains. Called and asked about billing discrepancy and was told I was wrong not the person who quoted me.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. While offering add on services, they were not at all pushy when additional services were not needed. Our carpets looked amazing afterwards and we will definitely use Zerorez for our future carpet cleaning.
