Natural cleaning products I didn't know you had a whole list of other services. I've already recommended you to others. Ivan did my home and did a nice job and will be back to do my air ducts in January or February. There was a mix up on my window of time and it would have been nice to have had a phone call so that I didn't spend my whole day waiting for you to show up. Ivan was very apologetic and I understand these things happen but think about your customer.
There aren't chemicals and my floor looks way better than it has the whole year I have lived here. They were very prompt and on time.
John Buhler came in and did a phenomenal job. Will use Zerorez and John Buhler in 6 months for carpet and tile. The work was worth the money.
I was told 4 hour dry time and no residue. It's been 24 hours and there are still wet spots along walls and many "crunchy" feeling patches all over.
Jeramy, our cleaner, was very polite and walked us through what he was doing. He was great. Fast service.

Very friendly, good communication on the appointment time. Technician was very friendly, explained what he was going to do. Explained how to keep the carpet clean and protected. Was quick and did a wonderful job.
Dirty spots are still there don't think there was any soap used. Didn't place plastic under table like he explained he was to do.
Tech was friendly, informative, but not pushy.
No chemicals, fast turnaround for an appt
Friendly and efficient service technician. Like the process of avoiding detergent or soap on the carpets. Like scheduling online. Don't like calling...wait time was too long considering I was first in the queue.
I was really impressed with the level of customer service we received. They wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the job done and we definitely were.
