I asked the tech if he could concentrate on the areas that were visibly dirty. I feel like he was more worried about how much he was charging than the quality of work. Nice guy, just not impressed with the quality of the work that was done.

Courteous and results were as expected or better
The high traffic areas didn't come clean, if anything they look more noticeable now that the other parts of the carpet are so much cleaner. Also a stain that the tech got completely out came partially back the next day. He did a good job on the majority of the carpet but just disappointed with the traffic path that is still visable.

My appointment was for 4:: pm, and the operatoe arrived at 5:25 pm.
I paid $45 for each of two rooms for pet stains. The pet stains were not totally removed in a few spots.

The 99$ special seems like a fair deal. To ad a small walkin closet for 20$ not out to bad but the bed in the room takes up more space. 280$ to do an area rug maybe twice the size of the 20$ walkin closet ridiculous. 1000$ to clean my tile not a residential price. Commercial maybe. The carpets cleaned tech did a good job

I love the Non Chemical (green)products that they use pet friendly and it dries quickly. The tech's are so nice and professional. I had John and he was great!!!! My rugs and couch look wonderful!!!! I also recommended to my neighbor to use Zerorez and he did. John did my house then my neighbors. Thank you.

The gentleman that came to my home was very professional and we really liked his positive personality. He seemed a little rushed though and did not clean some areas in our bedroom that clearly needed it. On the stairs it appears that he did not attempt to clean close to the walls/edges at all. He did not put any foam under our furniture so we did it. Zerorez came highly recommended to us so we didn't question the premium you charge, which is at least 25% higher per room than we have paid in the past. I expected to get more for the additional cost (like pet treatment for the small spots he identified). A additional 45 to treat no more than 2 ft is over the top in my opinion.
For that price I expected more attention to detail and it felt like I just got nickled and dimed to clean small areas within my home.
