The first time they came to clean no stains were removed. When I rescheduled for a second cleaning I was told I would need to pay more for the chemicals needed to get the stains out. I refused to pay more. I was told it would cost me $2000+ to clean. REALLY?!?! I could buy my house new carpeting for that price. I feel there is false advertising regarding how they clean. They use strictly water and NO harmful chemicals. How is just water suppose to clean?? When I asked for a refund I was refunded the amount paid for the chemicals they used. I am very unhappy with the service and feel I should have received a FULL refund. I will NEVER use this company again!!!!!
No sticky residue after cleaning, our carpet dried faster than with other cleaning companies and it looks great!

This is only our second time cleaning the carpets with you. We were told Italy take several cleanings to get the old chemicals out so that the carpets don't pick up dirt quickly afterwards. So.... It's too early for us to rate a Very Likely.

Our carpet technician was Eddie and he was up front and explained what needed to be done. The service was good and prompt and Eddie was very professional and courteous.

I was having company over, and was quite embarrassed at the condition of my couches. I called Zerorez, and they were able to have a technician come over quickly. The technician, Kevin, was kind and efficient. The sofas looked wonderful, and dried quickly (with plenty of time for my company to come over.) I would definitely recommend themmtonfriends, and will use their services again when needed.
