For the price I had to pay to get my carpets clean I am very disappointed. They were cleaned on a Saturday and my stains were back by Sunday afternoon. Will not recommend nor use the company again.

My carpets were in desperate need of a cleaning and the end result turned out better than I hoped for. Jeremy my technician was very knowledgeable and talked me though the process and gave me recommendations on how best to pretreatment my carpets. He did a wonderful job and was very professional.

I quickly got an appointment that coincided with my schedule. The applicator was prompt, courteous and did a very good job cleaning the carpet. The carpet looks like new and it's over 10 years old! No detergent odors to contend with.

Well I was told dry time would be about 2 - 4 hrs. But it took well into the next day before my carpets dried.

Where to begin...
From the start Zerorez's customer service was absolutely amazing. From the first initial phone call to the moment Kevin, the technician, left my house.
Zerorez was very accommodating to my schedule. I had surgery the Wednesday before my appointment and I thought I would be well enough to have Zerorez show up that Saturday. However I was still in quite a bit of pain. So when I called on Friday the receptionist was very understanding and more than happy to reschedule my appointment to the following weekend.
The day of my appointment could not have gone better. Kevin was right on time and wasted no time getting right to work. He addressed all of concerns and answered all of my questions. Kevin suggested he use a special formula on my carpet to get rid of our pet orders and I am so glad we did. My carpet looks AMAZING! And you would never know we have a cat & a dog. The cherry on the cake is I love that my house does not smell like I sprayed a bunch of chemicals all over my carpet. My house smells fresh, clean and my carpet was dry with in a matter of hours.

We are a business and every year we hire a company to come in to provide carpet cleaning services. We have tried out several companies throughout the last five years and until choosing Zerorez we have never seen the carpets so clean. We were very impressed with how many stains Zerorez was able to completely remove. Our rolling chairs by the desks had caused a lot of fading on the carpet over time and Zerorez was able to make the fading almost disappear. I was very impressed with how clean the tile was in our bathroom as we have never used a cleaning service on it before. The protectant left on the carpet after cleaning works wonderful. We have had one or two coffee spills on the carpet since the protectant was applied and I am sincerely impressed with how easy I was able to clean up the spills. Usually coffee spills will still leave a stain no matter how fast you clean it up but with Zerorez applying their protectant I no longer have to worry or spend hours trying to clean up a spill. We give Zerorez an A++ for not only their amazing services provided but their amazing customer service & stain Knowledge/expertise. We will be using Zerorez in the future and have already recommended their services to our clients & other branch offices as well.
