The technician who cleaned my carpets arrived early which was great and he did an excellent job.
The cleanliness wasn't very good. I had the carpets cleaned two months prior by another company and the quality was a lot better. The technician was fine. Polite and friendly, the results weren't very good.

Technician couldn't do what your booking person and my realtor said you could do. We specifically called you because our realtor said you could clean the grout up around a glass block wall. And your booking person gave me a quote for. Even Razr Restoration said you could do if!

Appearance of carpets after service and speed in which carpets dry.
Juan was prompt, he did a good job cleaning, he treated us like a good customer with respect. It had a short dry time and the end product was clean.
The carpets were cleaned and stains removed.
No wait time for an appointment. Altho I didnt like the between 8:00 and Noon arrival time. But I did get an 8:00 appointment. The carpet specialist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job!
