I was really disappointed. I purchased the extra $45 per room because of pet stains. I was warned that the smells might not come out, but assured that the stains would be lifted. The stains returned within 12 hours. My carpet was also soaking for 3-4 days after. For over $300 I expected better. I was going to recommend to my parents for their upcoming home renovation, but would not now after the quality.

The first time they came to clean no stains were removed. When I rescheduled for a second cleaning I was told I would need to pay more for the chemicals needed to get the stains out. I refused to pay more. I was told it would cost me $2000+ to clean. REALLY?!?! I could buy my house new carpeting for that price. I feel there is false advertising regarding how they clean. They use strictly water and NO harmful chemicals. How is just water suppose to clean?? When I asked for a refund I was refunded the amount paid for the chemicals they used. I am very unhappy with the service and feel I should have received a FULL refund. I will NEVER use this company again!!!!!

No sticky residue after cleaning, our carpet dried faster than with other cleaning companies and it looks great!

This is only our second time cleaning the carpets with you. We were told Italy take several cleanings to get the old chemicals out so that the carpets don't pick up dirt quickly afterwards. So.... It's too early for us to rate a Very Likely.
