Love that you use ph water, that's the reason I originally booked the appointment with you along with the special 3 room pricing. We use exclusively Enagic's Kangen ph water in our home and love that we now have an alternative choice for our carpet cleaning services that does not use harsh chemicals or products that leaves behind dirt attracting residuals. The young technician who arrived at my home was thoughtful, courteous & polite. I had many questions about the procedures & he answered each one to my complete satisfaction. I especially liked the fact he was able to give me an exact amount of the cost for my services before starting. As in the past, I told him I'd been shocked by other companies $99 promos had morphed into a ransom demand of 8-9 times that price.!! Overall very satisfied with the service provided & I will use the services of Zerorez again in the future.

John was extremely helpful in getting pet spots out and even returned within a couple of days when the stains started to reappear. He did another treatment and the stain has disappeared for good. Great customer service!!
