Our carpet technician was Eddie and he was up front and explained what needed to be done. The service was good and prompt and Eddie was very professional and courteous.
They were polite and on time. The carpet looks better than it has looked using another carpet cleaning service.
My carpets are so clean now and they dried very quickly.
We recently had our couch and love seat cleaned. We have three children, and it was definitely time to have this done. I was having company over, and was quite embarrassed at the condition of my couches. I called Zerorez, and they were able to have a technician come over quickly. The technician, Kevin, was kind and efficient. The sofas looked wonderful, and dried quickly (with plenty of time for my company to come over.) I would definitely recommend themmtonfriends, and will use their services again when needed.
No soap/chemical residue. Your technician, Jeremy M., is a valuable asset for your company. He was very careful, friendly and courteous tech. I want him every time I get any cleaning done, please.

The technician who cleaned our carpet did an excellent job. There were three areas that needed extra attention and he spent time to focus on those areas. We definitely feel this was the best our carpet has looked since we purchased it. Thank you, Eddy, for doing such a thorough job!

I have been a staunch supporter of your business because of past experiences. But I am greatly disappointed in the ability of your company after this cleaning. We specifically had you come out and look at what was in the carpet (glue from tape) and asked if you could get it out of the carpets. You said yes.
The cleaning was unsuccessful. Not only is the glue still in the carpet, we can still see foot prints in the carpeting just as they were before you came...I do not believe we got the job we will be paying for - it was quite expensive - I could have done this cleaning myself with the same results. I expected better and hope you can come out and do it right.
