The high traffic areas are still dirty and the edges along the vinyl flooring is still dirty. I have done a better job myself with a Rug Doctor.

Cleaning the tile broke up our grout in several places. This was not raised as a concern or possibility prior to service.
No soap use, so there is nothing to attract dirt.

Very friendly and helpful when I called I was working with a limited time to get my carpets cleaned the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful! The day of service I was given a call letting me know what time the technician would be arriving he was one time and very friendly! The carpets looked great and are very clean!

The technician was excellent. Service technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and explained the process to me. He took care to make sure he was not damaging any walls or woodwork..
The carpets were just cleaned last week so, as now, I cannot judge whether or not the carpets will look as great after some use as they do right now. It hope there will not be dirt attraction as some other cleanings have done in the past.

My carpet needed a cleaning so bad with 3 dogs and 1 being a puppy. Kevin was not only exceptional at making the carpet look like new and smell a lot better but provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. He had a great attitude and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend zerorez and Kevin. I plan to get more done hoping in the fall because the service and the job done was so great.thank you!

Customer service scheduling and being informed of options - factual with no hard sell. Patient (I had to call back to rebook the time.
Cleaning - service person on time arrival. Mindful of property e.g took precautions to make certain no damage done e.g. protected door trims and other items that could have been harmed by flexible piping using protection guards and his mindfulness such as not slamming or straining the the main entry glass storm door. Informative about the treatments being done. Made aware of options without selling, options matched information provided at time of booking.

Conscientious staff and very respectful. They are low pressure for sales up and wants you to be satisfied before they leave. Will even redo or try other things to make it the very best they can. Look for discounts you didn't know about as well.
