I really liked how quickly the carpets cleaned up. My daughter in law is having her carpets cleaned next weekend. So I already sent you a referral.
Great staff (Erin) and technicians; they are really focused on customer service. However, the Zerorez process just does not clean my carpet. It's an old berber carpet -- I've discussed that with the technicians who've come and I've been led to believe that it could be cleaned. The first time (and I paid extra for the protectent, spots popped up within a week.
So I thought that a second cleaning would be the ticket. It was worse; I had spots by the next day. Erin was very accommodating; she worked me in for a followup a week later. The technician still wasn't able to get the spots out.
I've concluded that your process just isn't going to work, which is unfortunate because the Zerorez team gives great customer service.

The service was fast and my carpet looks great. The representative, Edwin I believe was very friendly and considerate.
I was a little disappointed that the carpet didn't smell fresher when it was finished. I thought you used a deodorizer and I specifically asked the technician if he could add something. I paid extra for a pet treatment, but I really didn't notice any difference.

I have a question - do you do any kind of charity work or give discounts to churches? Our church on Olympia (Kennewick Christian) needs its rugs cleaned and of course we are on a very tight budget. Do you offer specials for churches?
