The carpet was left pretty wet. It took until the following day to dry.

I had 4-5 small marker stains in one of my rooms, and they are still there and with no change. Very disappointed!

The technician was careful and did a great job of cleaning. However, the process left way too much water. Even though the temp of the day was 80 and I had windows and two sliding glass doors open and a portable fan plus three bathroom fans going, part of the carpeting was still wet 24 hours later.

There are black streaks in my carpet that we hoped would be gone because we are showing our house to sell. It looks terrible.

I like the fact that your process is not soaking the carpet. My carpet looks good. It's not completely perfect but better than when I paid over $300. to get it cleaned last time. As far as the statement below I would rather not be discussing too many things on the phone so I decline.

Your products do not leave a residue on the carpet that attract dirt. Technician Scott's cleaning results exceeded the results of our first Zerores carpet cleaning nearly a year ago. The carpet looked very good after it had been done,once it was dry and we were able to walk on it to put furniture back we noticed there were still some wine/tea stains that had not come clean.

Only one technician for a two-person job. High-school age? Constantly on his cell phone.Tech would skip large areas,left undone . Didn't move anything unless specifically told to. Went over areas quickly and once, leaving dirty areas still there until asked to go over the area again.

my carpet feels wonderful. no soapy residue. it feels fresh and clean. it looks great. i've had other carpet cleaners, but zerorez has done the best job. i will always call you to get my carpet cleaned. both times i used your service, the young men who came were polite and pleasant.

No chemicals

Provide your employees with company phones so they can process payments faster and have the customer feel more secure handing over their card and information. The technician's phone was so slow or didn't have enough data that I eventually had him connect to our wifi. I don't like handing over our wifi to strangers. Other than that the service was great. Thank you.
