No chemicals
No harmful chemicals so it's safe for my little dogs. Cleans well and dries quickly.

Many pluses: No strong chemical smell after, the employee ("Jake")took time to explain the cleaning process and what he would be doing, he listened to my concerns about too much water left in carpet (my many past experiences with other companies)and demonstrated his competence by spending enough time removing most of it. The dry time was actually on the short end of the estimated dry time, which was what sold me! His hard work, cheerful attitude and effort to do it right showed me he really knew what he was doing--so different than the rush job by the last company's very young & inexperienced employees who clearly didn't want to be doing this kind of work. And he loves his job! Very pleased!

Though the carpet was a little bit wetter than I would've liked after the service, all the stains from my renters was taken out. The young man who worked on my condo was polite and very charming. He had very good people skills :-) I will definitely use your service again.

Give customers a specific time period. We had to wait all afternoon, when I was told initially (when calling to schedule appointment) that we would have a specific time period for our cleaning.
The gal in the office never told us that it was a window appointment. the cleaner was still 2.5 hours later then what I was told so I called and that's when she explained it was an open window and told me he would be here in 20 mins .1 hour later he shows up. The guy cleaning the carpet was great

Last year someone from Zerorez came out and cleaned our tile shower and it was amazing! The grout had never been cleaner! This time, after the technician cleaned the shower, it looked exactly the same. No change. Very disappointing. Before they came, I recommended Zerorez to a friend, telling her what amazing job they do on grout. I feel like I now need to warn now.
We like the clean non-stiff feeling of our carpets after Zerorez has done them. We like how well the stains are taken out and the thought that our carpets are being cleaned the right way. Thank you for your services, we will continue to be repeat customers.
