The carpet was, way to wet upon completion. It was wet 24 hours later. I have rinkles in the master bedroom, where the carpet was stretched.

I have used the service several times in the past and have always received good service. The serviceman that cleaned my floors this time was very friendly and glad to touch up a few areas that I hadn't mentioned in my initial request.
I'm curious, however, as to why we are charged a water disposal fee. This is something new to me.
Kyson was very thorough and friendly. He explained the process and was good about walking me through the steps. The results were phenomenal! My Grandpa's carpets are 17 years old and after Zerorez did their thing they look brand new.

You gave me a 4-hour window for my cleaning and were there just about exactly the time of the start of that window. Scott was helpful answering my questions and swift and efficient in completing the job. Job well done!

I had a few stains that should have come up but he didn't get them up.
I guess my carpets had some spots that needed more attention I'm a renter and just moved in so I thought it would be a one and done sort of thing but I had zero rez come back redo a whole room and some spots in the living room and I guess I still feel like a better job could of been done. There are still some spots that need to be gone over and I think I'm going to buy my own carpet cleaner now so I can just do it myself to make sure it's done right and I can give the spots that need more attention will get done and the whole carpet will be clean not just most of it... don't get me wrong it's great that he came out again and the bedroom looks so much better but there's still spots that need to be gone over and I just figure when you pay someone to do a job it should be done right... maybe my carpet is different I'm not sure I don't think so and I've never paid for carpet cleaning before I just expected it to be clean and not have to go over it again to get stuff that was easily missed
Love the citrus pre-treatment and how clean and soft the carpet was after. It was my first time using Zerorez and I would definitely use them again.
When I called to make the appointment to have our carpet cleaned, I was not told that the established time was an estimate and that it could be a 4 hr. window depending on how much time was required for jobs scheduled before mine. That information was given to me when I was called to confirm the appointment. I think a 4 hr. window is asking too much of the customer. It turned out that I didn't have to wait that long.
The carpet cleaning went well and the technician (Jeremy) was friendly and cordial.

Performed as expected. Timely arrival and accurate estimate on how long service would take. Didn't like last minute recommendations for additional services. I asked for a quote when I booked service and I didn't expect to make additional cost decisions like stain protectant on day of service.
