I have a question - do you do any kind of charity work or give discounts to churches? Our church on Olympia (Kennewick Christian) needs its rugs cleaned and of course we are on a very tight budget. Do you offer specials for churches?

Quite a few stains reappeared the next day after the carpet dried.
1. The calls to confirm the appt was made, then confirm the time frame, then to specify the time they would come
2. The clear contract language and told me exactly how to best prepare; what the cleaner would do and what I could do
3. Scott, the cleaner, was very bright, engaging and clear in his communication. He did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning -- he got out stains that had been there over two years. When they were fresh, I had Stanley Steamer come and their people just said forget it, those are permanent. And Scott looked at it and said no problem.
4. Scott took a lot of time to talk with my husband about how the system works, how to better care for the carpet.

Appointment was made and updated with times. Service Tech was very professional and efficient .

The representative did a great job, but the product didn't perform as well as expected. We also had a spot with what looked like a rust stain. We were asked if we wanted to treat it, but weren't told it would be an additional cost until after it was done. Treatment didn't remove stain - just lightened it. It is still visible.
Customer service was top notch, though.

Update training to insure your employees follow basis rules about how to use their equipment and spending so much time cleaning a carpet. I used to use a "white towel" test over random areas when the cleaning was complete. I would rub a white towel over an area and see if it came up clean and if it didn't, I went back over the carpet again. It usually worked for me.
Thanks again for coming back and cleaning my carpet. It turned out pretty good.
Be more clearer of your charges up front
My carpets are clean and it everything was done so quickly with the utmost attention to detail
Carpet took two days to dry and two brown spots developed. You have treated spots with "full arsenal" of spot removers but they still bloomed back when fully dry.

One particular smell is still in the carpet which I know is not their fault but was hoping it would have gotten picked up better and removed better.
