your tech was early and did a nice job
Very few spots I had on my carpet came out.
They did my son's house the same day. He and his wife were told several stains they had your technician said he would not be able get out as well. After my daughter in law and I used a natural soap product she had from a company called H2O our are spots are gone. She took before and after pictures. Very disappointing after all the hype about your company and a waste of our money!

It was good and worked well, the technician was very polite and quick.
We feel that our carpets are extremely clean. Our service rep did a superior job and would request him if possible for our next cleaning. He was very respectful and professional. He is a real asset to your company.

No harsh chemical smells and service persons are friendly and efficient.
Your technician worked hard to clean my carpet and was very friendly and respectful. Ultimately the carpets look great and dried fast, as advertised, but I would've been a repeat customer even if the cleaning was only "as good as" the other guys just because the tech was more agreeable than some companies I've tried. I'm very pleased that he got out some lingering stains!

the gentleman that came to our house and was very professional and friendly. He did a fantastic job.
I wanted my grout cleaned, but in the end there is white powder residue on all the grout. The tile is clean, but the ZERO residue claim (implied) just isn't the case at my house. I'm going to have to find and pay someone else to properly redo the work. High hopes turned to disappointment for me.

We have not received our rug back to see the results however so far customer service has been outstanding.
I thought the carpet cleaning went pretty well but I was completely unhappy with the upholstery cleaning. Did not get a good result and the technicians only had excuses why they weren't as clean as I wanted. They were messy and sprayed cleaning solution on my wood furniture and wood floors. After they left I noticed two large wet spots on the white area rug under the chairs that picked up dirt from their shoes. Just glad I noticed before I let the wet rug sit on my wood floor. I touched up the chairs myself and spot cleaned the rug. definitely would not recommend upholstery cleaning. It was above their expertise and I paid way too much for such shoddy work.

I was asked if I had any stains. None that I knew of, but I did show the tech an area that was really dirty. After the carpets were cleaned there were noticeable stains and that area didn't look much better. I would have thought it would be the tech's job to notice spots not coming out while cleaning. I don't think he did anything special on that area I pointed out. It would be nice if they would do a once over to see if carpets were good. I was trusting the experts! Homeowners don't always know what appears to be a dirty spot is what you would call a stain.

The work performed was unsatisfactory and the carpets upstairs still had stains and there was a white film around the couch after cleaning was completed.
