Same day service and great customer service.
The service and cleaning itself was below what I could have done by spending 50 bucks and renting a carpet cleaner. I was charged an astronomical amount of money to clean an 8x8 area rug. That no one told me about. Your service is at best mediocre and the cost is absolutely asinine for the quality of work.
The tech was not only professional and friendly but went out of his way to explain what he was doing and was patient with questions we had. The results of the service were great and with the level of customer service we received we will definitely be returning customers. I hope that all of your tech's give the kind of customer service that we received from the one that serviced our home.
My carpet looks great!
My carpet was cleaned just a week ago and some spots I thought were removed are already showing back up!!! I would really appreciate it if someone would come back out and get these spots out!

Although the gentleman was pleasant and polite, I was not satisfied once it finally dried. you could see the missed areas as it shows streaks of dirty lines where no overlap was done with the machine, and clean streaks where the machine did clean. Not sure I would recommend your business if this is how your training tech's to clean carpets.
I like how informative the service pro is. She was through and it did not take long for my floors to dry.

Residue on the hardwood and water stains on the backs of two chairs is rather disappointing.
Tech didn't wear shoe covers and brought more dirt on the carpet from outside than he did cleaning it.

Did not move furniture. We are elder people & can't move furniture. When i called for the appointment the lady I talked to asked me what furniture we had. I told her 4 chairs. She said, no problem, they could move it. The workers were very courteous & did accomodate when I asked them to move one chair. Also, they charged me for a room for my hall, which is not that long. All in all they did a good job, but would not recommend them to older people who can not move furniture.
Shower was not cleaned after further inspection after departure.
