Very clean, no after smell and it dried fast.
Service crew did not have the experience needed to clean a dryer vent - said this was their first. They looked like teenagers. My vent goes up the wall through the roof. Crew said they would clean it from the roof down. They had no ladder, so I had to loan them mine. After 15 minutes they said they could not not get the roof cap off the dryer vent. They called their boss who could not help either. I then went up and forced it off (my fault). It looked like it should slide off, but was attached with pins and not made to come off. After that they vacuumed the vent OK. We had to tape the roof cap back on, and I will now have to replace it (I take responsibility for breaking it).
They left without checking the inside connection. After they left I found they had knocked loose the inside duct connection, so I had to pull out dryer and re-connect. In retrospect, they should have gone up the duct from inside the house after finding the roof cap would not come off.
Your crew needs more training, and I would like a refund.

A little disappointed on the cleaning of the steps
So far everything good.
I had 2 stains that did not get proper treating. I pushed couch off wall so he could clean in the spot. Then when I asked him if he wanted me to push couch back so he could get that spot he told me he had all ready put all his hoses up.
The serviceman was excellent. Very informative and professional. He performed a quality job while explaining everything that was going on. He also made good suggestions of carpet care

The young man, Noah, came when scheduled, he explained the process after many questions from me and worked very hard getting the carpets cleaned. I was surprised at his being the only person to do the work. However, he should be commended for doing an excellent job.

He said he got all the stains out and when i came back the next day their was still one there. I wish there was a way for him to tell that is wasn't all gone so i could have it treated again right then.

I had a fresh new stain that I would think would completely come out... I even purchased a $40.00 add on to help and I can still see the stain. I regularly have the carpets clean and usually I see more of a visual difference of before and after.
This is the first time I've gotten my carpets cleaned. This is our first house and we've been in it a few years. i felt like if I didn't point out a spot or stain, it didn't come out. Like a rough spot where baby spit up had dried, still rough. My carpets are dark grey so most spots/stand are hard to see, but I had assumed that the general cleaning would get out that kind of thing. Especially at the $600+ I paid to have it done. Don't understand why my rug, which is nothing fancy and just like carpet, cost so much more and there was still dark spots left behind. (This rug is cream and very light brown and there are tiny dark bits of adhesive? stuck in it that even my spot bot can clean a bit, but then they turn dark again). I had hoped that your cleaning system would remove these once and for all, but they didn't touch that stain. I guess between the technician confidence and my expectations and the price I paid, I Was expecting more. . I want to have my carpets cleaned annually but at this price and result, probably not.

The carpet looks great. The young man cleaning the carpet, Michael, was very helpful and well mannered. Michael is a 10. You called when you were on the way to our home and were on time...that does not happen with many services.
Their service was great. Good explanations about quality care. No oders left, clean smelling. Wear spots didn't totally come out looking like the rest of the carpet, we give that a 50%. I would call them back for our annual clean. Overall i would rate them a 90%
I liked that the carpet dried very quickly, the technician was informative, and went over everything that she was going to do, also respected my time with my daycare children

I appreciated how you were able to remove a stain previous companies could not (they left too much soap residue and the stain always resurfaced.) I tell anyone looking for carpet cleaners to give you a call.
