Service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and careful when cleaning our carpets. We really respect when someone respects our home. Took time to put shoe covers on his shoes, put safety guards on all wall corners even put temp door guard when front door was open. (Very cool outside). Will use again & will recommend to friends & family.

Cleanup after the carpet cleaning needed a little work. It was a rainy day, so this made it a little more messy, understandable. Technician overall did a great job and was very personable.

Customer service was good, when icy roads made it dangerous to drive to Walla Walla you rescheduled for the earliest time possible.

I have been meaning to call this week, but after the last visit my carpet and couch still had many spots which is unusual for you company because I've always been very satisfied. This last time though I was very disappointed that I spent so much and my carpet doesn't look clean.
It took way to long to clean my couches, a machine broke and I wasn't asked if I wanted to reschedule or a discount for my time
The person on telephone was pleasant and easy to work with. We had the 3 rooms for $99 + water disposal fee. I figured our family room was the size of 2 rooms and I was right. (but I had not discussed it when making the appt.)
Bedroom carpet -medium color- looks great.
The next day, the large family room needed a 'call back' in one area. Again, the phone person was friendly, service was prompt and now the rug (light color) looks great.
I would use Zerorez-TriCities again.

I called n talked 2 two different people about your 3 rooms for 99$ and was told that was only 4 Jan.The next day I saw another add on TV again.Called the office again after talking 2 the kid that came out and still got a sales pitch run around...Not happy...
Your technician was very young and is in need of some experience. The problem was that the equipment that he was given was worn out and did not work correctly. I did have a problem with him spraying oil on the equipment and just letting it leak down the vents or on the floor. He should have gotten a towel to let the oil leak on to and the equipment should have worked correctly. He also did not have the correct ladder and was very unsafe and could have fell while cleaning the overhead duct. Not my business but I felt he should have been wearing a mask and safety glasses while cleaning the overhead duct. Also it took longer than expected because his hoses did not have the right couplings to connect together correctly. Just a suggestion, I did not have it because my rental had been vacant. It might be a good idea to have ice melt in the van or something if they come to an icy driveway they will not slip. I felt bad that I did not have any for my very slippery driveway. I know that he had to call the boss but when he had to call so many times I just felt like I was not getting the service like I had got before when you came to my Richland Home.
The technician that came out to redo the carpets after the last one did an amazing job. The difference in what he did yesterday was literally night and day over what the previous tech did. Scott went over and above to do an extremely good job. He took time to address all issues that were left wanting from the last tech. Thank you Scott and Zerorez.

Efficient, thorough carpet cleaning service performed by polite, knowledgeable, friendly personnel. This is our second time to use Zerorez, and we're been satisfied both times.
Great customer service
At first I was a little put off by the 4-hour arrival window. However, I really appreciated receiving a call shortly after the window started to give me an update as to what was going on and when I might expect Juan to arrive at the property. I then received another call when Juan was on his way to let me know his actual arrival time. Juan arrived promptly, was very courteous and polite, and gave us an estimated time of completion so we could go run errands while he was cleaning the carpets. Juan did a great job; the carpets look great and it made the whole house smell new again. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will definitely use their services again should the need arise.
I like that there is no residue left behind after carpets are cleaned. And carpets dry quickly.

Zerorez cleaned my new home to perfection with no harmful chemicals and found the workers to be very courteous and went to their task of cleaning without delays. I will also use them again in my home I am planning to sell in Oregon.

Zerorez was highly recommended for pet odor removal. So I called to schedule a cleaning. The tech gave me an estimate before providing the service. The cost was worth it as he was able to get the smell out. I was very happy with the service that I used them again to clean my couch and loveseat (at a very reasonable price). There was some residue upon drying, but they came back out the next day and removed it. I am very happy with how they turned out along with the customer service from the scheduler to the techs to the management. I will definitely recommend Zerorez and will use their services again!
