I liked the friendly service from Michael, my tech.
I think you're services are great. I have used your company several times. I needed my carpets cleaned to get pet urine/smell out of my carpet. Unfortunately, the cleaning hasn't gotten rid of the problem. Disappointing on several levels. One being the expense.
Stains and dirt gone, and faster drying time.
Spots were left on the edge of the carpet. Went and bought a Bissell Green Machine and cleaned them myself

I loved the carpet cleaning and feel it was a very good job. I did not like the laminate wood cleaning and feel I wasted my money. According to the girl it works well on hard wood floor but not on laminate flooring. You should not offer laminate floor cleaning. I got your add on the radio where it stated that you do all wood including laminate flooring. You should take that off your add. I totally wasted my money on the wood floor cleaning.

The technician that came to the house was Sheldon, a very nice, considerate young man, but today I noticed he failed to re-connect my hose in the front of the house.
The service people are very friendly and knowledgeable. My carpets always look.great right after and the spots and stains stay away.

I would like to see my carpets cleaner than when I do it myself. I figure paying and having a commercial business come do it that they would look a lot better and they left no cleaner Also when advertised three rooms get one free and they only do 3+ a little hallway I wasn't impressed

The cleaning professional was outstanding
I have a closet that wasn't counted as part of the "room" since the closet is separated from the bedroom by a master bath. The technician said that it would be added on to the bill if I wanted it done, so I skipped it (closet isn't worth a full "room" price to me, and it wasn't that bad anyway). It would help when calling to schedule the appointment/service if the ZeroRez rep asked about unusual features of the room -- would help clients avoid nasty surprises. Overall great job though.

I like the cleanliness of my carpets after they have been cleaned. I have had a dog pee on my carpet in several areas. I had to have you guys come out a month after the initial cleaning because some of the spots were coming back up. I was not charged for the second cleaning and I haven't seen the spots since! That is great customer service!
Sheldon was very professional and did a great job.
We did a walkthru with the service tech and pointed out some spots and stains on the carpet. He took 45 minutes to service three rooms and a hallway. We couldn't tell how well the stained areas were cleaned because of the damp look of the carpet. Later when it dried we noticed that the stains looked more pronounced. It appeared that the carpet cleaning process drew out the stains versus cleaning it. I ended up getting a can of Resolve carpet foam cleaner and cleaned up the stains myself. I also got the impression that since we were only paying for the $99 three rooms get a fourth free special, and the tech didn't sell us any additional services, he was going to get in and out. Pretty sad if thats your business model to get you foot in the door with a special and try to sell more service once you are in the door, but then don't do a quality job on the special. I feel like a little water was sprinkled on our carpet and it was just vacuumed with a high suction vacuum. Won't use you again, nor will I recommended to anyone.
