I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals, or shampoos. The drying time was quick, the carpets look great and Michael the technician was a pleasure to work with. He really knew his stuff and was very polite and did an outstanding job.
Our carpets look beautiful. The service man arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He said the carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours, which they were. Would recommend Z erorez in a heartbeat.
the floors dried very quickly and most of the stains are gone !!!!! And smells are gone. I cant say enough about your services. your receptionist was concern and polite and committed to working around my sch. Your Technician was awesome , he had positive energy was helpful in moving furniture,very friendly and fast for how many rooms we gave him to do.
The technician did an excellent job. He was very friendly did above and beyond his job. Deffentley will call zerorez again. I was notified and kept update when technician would arrive.

My technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything that was going to happen in detail and answered all of my questions. I had some "pet spots" that she pre-treated and now you can't even tell they were there. Overall, the carpets look great and I will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!!

Your tech was very polite and nice. However I feel I was given a real sales job. First she showed spots on the carpet where she stated my dog had peed and said I need to have extra product to get it removed. The blue light was very convincing! So I agreed to the extra $65 each for 3 areas. Then she sold me the $100 protection so it would be easy clean up if it happened again. So my bill went from the quoted $178 to $413!! When your tech was finished I asked her to use the light again to see if the spots were gone and she said no because we would still see the spots because they are stains that would still show using the light. This is why I feel I was totally misled about pee on the carpet. Thinking about the spots she showed me.. in the closet where the dog doesn't go and a spot where we have a chair sit so impossible for the dog to have peed there. I know the man we bought the house from had cats so I believe some of the spots she showed me were previous stains. I know my dog has peed on the wool rug downstairs and I showed her that but the light didn't glow on that spot!!
Also after the carpets dried (they were literally sopping squishing wet) I could see the areas that were missed. Edge of each stair and entrance into master bath you can see the streak where the wand went and where she missed. And now our carpets are hard and crunchy. We have vacuumed twice with no difference.
I'm very disappointed with this cleaning process and feel I was up charged extras to clean stains that won't come up. Stains you can't see unless you use the blue light!!

Same day service and great customer service.
The service and cleaning itself was below what I could have done by spending 50 bucks and renting a carpet cleaner. I was charged an astronomical amount of money to clean an 8x8 area rug. That no one told me about. Your service is at best mediocre and the cost is absolutely asinine for the quality of work.
The tech was not only professional and friendly but went out of his way to explain what he was doing and was patient with questions we had. The results of the service were great and with the level of customer service we received we will definitely be returning customers. I hope that all of your tech's give the kind of customer service that we received from the one that serviced our home.
My carpet looks great!
My carpet was cleaned just a week ago and some spots I thought were removed are already showing back up!!! I would really appreciate it if someone would come back out and get these spots out!
