I like the cleanliness of my carpets after they have been cleaned. I have had a dog pee on my carpet in several areas. I had to have you guys come out a month after the initial cleaning because some of the spots were coming back up. I was not charged for the second cleaning and I haven't seen the spots since! That is great customer service!

I was quoted a piece but when the Tec comes we are told to get a really good clean we have to spend more for special cleaners. It Sears like false advertising. Just tell us the full price for a good cleaning.

I paid so much for the carpet to be cleaned with some special shampoo in order to get rid of the pee smell through the whole area that I wanted clean. The reason I called to have my carpets cleaned was due to a strong pee smell somewhere in the dining room. When I told the zero Rez employee about this he told me he would take care of it and I'm disappointed that the original reason why I called to have my carpets cleaned was not taken care of. Not only that but I paid more than what I was expecting to pay and that's what hurts. If I would have known that the original pee stain that I wanted resolved would not be removed I never would have agreed to treating my whole carpet with the special shampoo treatment that was recommended for pee. My carpet is not terrible for me to say that it absolutely needed that treatment in the first place but the employee spoke so well of it that I decided to go with it. My bill came out to be almost $280, way more than the $125 I was originally expecting. I think I could have done a better job just spot treating that single area myself and having the employee do what I had originally hired him to do. I'm just disappointed. That is a shame because I have used zero Rez before. If it wasn't able to get that pee stain out I'm questioning if the rest of my carpet is truly clean.
Conscientious and respectful workers
I have a closet that wasn't counted as part of the "room" since the closet is separated from the bedroom by a master bath. The technician said that it would be added on to the bill if I wanted it done, so I skipped it (closet isn't worth a full "room" price to me, and it wasn't that bad anyway). It would help when calling to schedule the appointment/service if the ZeroRez rep asked about unusual features of the room -- would help clients avoid nasty surprises. Overall great job though.
