On my Facebook review I gave all high marks, but then I checked my carpet with my own black light and saw that many of the spots my technician had shown me prior to cleaning--and had said were gone--were in fact still there. I should have had him walk through with his black light before he left, but I trusted him. I see with my emailed receipt I received information of the biological that he used...some of that information had not been shared with me prior to the treatment. I plan to call to make an appointment for you to return.
No chemical smell. Carpets clean and dry in a timely manner. Tech professional and friendly.
The tile was cleaned within two hours of my initial phone call. The tile is sparkling clean and the grout came out very nice overall.

service was great, carpets are about 16 years old, they look like new again
The service techs were awesome and customer service a 10. Before she left she said we would do a walk through of the house but we didn't. We walked through the bill but not the house. I felt some of the traffic areas could have been cleaner,
I like all of it. I have had other outfits clean and there is always a residue left or it takes days to dry. Our carpet is 25 years old, so you know it is worn, but Zerorez gives it back it's soft cushy feeling and it has been three years since you last cleaned it for us. I have been considering replacing it next year, but maybe it will hold up a couple years longer and it might help if we get it cleaned more often than every 3 years??? Scott did a great job cleaning it. We have 3 ShihZus and believe me they are hard on our carpet & can't seem to hit the potty pads half the time, but Scott cleaned it beautifully.

Scheduling an appointment was difficult because of the limited trips you guys make to Walla Walla. More trips scheduling options in this area would be helpful

Cleaned carpet I thought was impossible.
I like that my carpet looks very clean now and that they explained what they were doing as they were cleaning. However, I was charged for my hallway which they didn't clean, but hoping that the manager will return my call soon to reconcile this.
There was certainly a lot of dirt removed from our wood floor but once the coating had dried I was a little disappointed that it still had a dull haze on the floor.I know it could be that the floor is old, not very much you can do with that I guess.
Scott who came out was VERY nice and professional.
The product you provide vs most carpet cleaning services and the service technician was awesome.
Friendly Techs who do a great job using system that isn't based on harsh chemicals.
Stayed in touch regarding scheduling and Kya did a great job on my carpets. It was nice to have notice of when he would arrive so I wasn't just waiting around.

You were 90 mins late to the appointment and we were told it was due to equipmsnt issues. Once the tech finally showed up, he explained it had nothing to do with equipment and that it was a staffing issue. He wasn't suppose to be working that day. I was happy that you were so late and couldn't then stories didn't match up.
No residue, always on time, always get a call ahead, friendly and professional service.
I realize that my carpet really needed some loving but, I thought the stains would have been removed and it's clearly visible that they were not. Also, once the technicians arrived I asked them to do our kitchen as well and was charged for it but it was not noticeably clean at all.
There was dog hair all over the carpet after the cleaning. I would have thought you would have vacuumed it first or at the very least tell me that you wouldn't and that I should. The fact that the dog hair was all over still indicates to me that it didn't get very clean.
