I paid so much for the carpet to be cleaned with some special shampoo in order to get rid of the pee smell through the whole area that I wanted clean. The reason I called to have my carpets cleaned was due to a strong pee smell somewhere in the dining room. When I told the zero Rez employee about this he told me he would take care of it and I'm disappointed that the original reason why I called to have my carpets cleaned was not taken care of. Not only that but I paid more than what I was expecting to pay and that's what hurts. If I would have known that the original pee stain that I wanted resolved would not be removed I never would have agreed to treating my whole carpet with the special shampoo treatment that was recommended for pee. My carpet is not terrible for me to say that it absolutely needed that treatment in the first place but the employee spoke so well of it that I decided to go with it. My bill came out to be almost $280, way more than the $125 I was originally expecting. I think I could have done a better job just spot treating that single area myself and having the employee do what I had originally hired him to do. I'm just disappointed. That is a shame because I have used zero Rez before. If it wasn't able to get that pee stain out I'm questioning if the rest of my carpet is truly clean.

The Technician (Josiah) was great!!! He was there to clean our grout. However, the equipment could be better. It was too big to get under the cupboards kick board. It wasn't able to get to the grout that was lower than the tile. So, there are several spots that are still dirty, that really stand out, next yo the clean grout.
My carpets look exactly like they did before you guys came to "clean" them. I am very disappointed.
The reason for hiring a professional was to remove fresh area where the dog had gotten sick. The technician did let me know he couldn't get it out before he started. He was correct. After he left I used some resolve and my Walmart shampooer and got it almost completely out. When your company worked for my son the technician was able to remove horrible cat stains.
A few years ago we had another company remove some terrible food stains. After a visit from the grandkids we called the same company to remove stains again. The second technician was not able to remove stains. That is why we took the recommendation from our son and called you.
I wasn't disappointed exactly. I just wouldn't refer. All in all I was very pleased with your technician and the way the carpets are.

I thought that the technician did a good job interfacing with me, explaining things, and answering my questions. I was slightly disappointed that the areas in front of the sofa and chairs still showed "soil" darkening where peoples feet had been most often. The carpets are only 23 months old and had no stains but only these slightly darkened traffic areas. I thought they would come completely clean or at least be very hard to see after cleaning. But they still show. Maybe I don't understand what is normal for this situation.
Tech was on time, explained everything well, and did a great job cleaning.
