Our technician Josiah did a great job and was very pleasant. Will definitely be using ZeroRez again in the future.
They only cleaned one side of my couch cushions and missed several spots. The spots they said they treated are also still there. I am not certain if they used any cleaning solution in anything, including the carpets.
I would like, at minimum, to be refunded for the furniture cleaning.
honest, dependable, fast response, hard working people. They will get the job done. Unfortunately if you wait to long for professional service, your grout may be unable to come back "like New" but the results are amazing and just make me wish I had used them earlier and frequently to keep my grout looking like new. I worked my little ##**# alright may be now so little off and when I finally called and asked for a quote I fell silent in shock that I had worked so hard for so many years getting a almost acceptable look when I could have done it right for less! Keep up the good work and thanks.

I called and asked specifically what the cost would be. I explained that I had many bedrooms and stairs that I needed cleaned. I was quoted a price. I asked twice, so this is my final cost, correct? If a person says a price it should not change unless something else is added. I also came home expecting more from the cleaning as I was told that stains a normal carpet cleaner could not get out, zerorez can. I suppose I had high expectations before the process began and came home upset that it didn't look much better.

I couldn't even tell my carpets had been shampooed. I came home and asked my husband why they didn't show up. He said they did. So needless to say I was very disappointed.
