Easy online scheduling and when there were some spots that didn't come out very graciously redid the spots.
The prompt, friendly service. Matt was awesome...explained in detail what he was going to do and answered our all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

When I asked if my carpet would buckle, he guaranteed me it wouldn't and if it had before it was because they used too much water. Well, it did and it wasn't dry until the next day. I intended to put a fan on it but I couldn't find it. But my carpet looks great and I appreciate that.

Very costly! I paid a lot of money for these dirty carpets to be cleaned, but they are still stained. I was hoping for sparkling clean.. that's not what I got.

I have been a customer for several years. I had 4 rooms cleaned and my hallway. He cleaned everything in an Hour and unlike what I have had before there was no comparison.I am very disappointed and I couldn't use my $25.00 coupon. The family room and bedroom were ok but the rest you can't tell it was even cleaned.I realize the carpet is getting older but it has always looked awesome. I am so disappointed.I have recommended you to several people. But right now after this service wouldn't at all.if I use you again I need a guy who takes his time not a Rush job.

I was not satisfied with the laminate floor cleaning. I wrote on this survey once and never got a response. I had the carpets cleaned the next day and they took pictures of the floor and sent them to the manager. Both the scheduler and the carpet cleaner stated that the manager would look at the pictures and get back to me. I never never never heard anything more from the manager or anyone. Really bad follow up so must not care if I ever use them again. They just lied that the manager would get back to me!!!!! Everyone was very nice except your manager who is totally unreasonable.

Everyone that I talked with at Zerorez treated me like I was their only customer. Kya cleaned our carpets quickly and did an awesome job. Definitely will use them the next time our carpets need cleaning.
The service tech was pleasant and professional. The carpet cleaning was good. The tile cleaning was terrible even though the tech spent a lot of time on it. When the floor dried, it left a hazy residue that took me six times to mop it up. This took literally six hours to do. I could have spent three hours on my own and had better results.
I had requested a 2:00 appointment so I could be present. I reiterated the required appointment time when you called to confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 11:10 that the tech was headed my way. I said I could not be present until 2. Tech showed up approximately 11:30.
Tech was very friendly, but said there would be an extra $20 charge because the apartment was upstairs. I was not told of this beforehand and refused to pay that. I was quoted $119.60 over the phone but the charge ended up being $132. I was not told of the additional $14 charge for Water Treatment and Disposal bringing my initial charge to $146. This hints at a bait & switch. I did add the $40 protectant at the recommendation of the tech, bringing my total to $159.60. After everything dried, I see no difference in the service you provided than what I can get from other carpet cleaners for half the price. Your zero residue is a theory with no proof to the naked eye, therefore I consider you overpriced and slightly dishonest. I own and manage multiple rental units and had I seen a difference or your pricing been competitive, you would have earned my business for many units, and cultivated a long-term business relationship, however I will not be using you again. Customer service used to mean something, and I believe it still should.

I like the out come of the chair cleaning the most. But all In all very satisfied.
