I appreciated how quickly they came when I had a huge spot of maple syrup on my carpet. When he was done it was the best my carpet has looked in 7 years plus the old stains were out!!

rug cleaning
Our carpets are very old with many spill stains from kids. Most of the stains came up and the few remaining ones are less noticable. Our couch came out great, too. Jeremy Morales is a great representative of your company: friendly, helpful, with a real customer satisfaction focus.

I was disappointed, not with the service or person performing the work, but with the results. I was hopeing that the cleaning would significantly lighten the "tracking" in the heavily traveled areas, but it didn't. The carpet is old (16 years), and maybe conventional cleaning services would not have done any better.
If I had to do it over, I would request you to come out beforehand and obtain an honest assessment of what you could be expected to accomplish.

I like it that you don't use soaps and residues that would cause dirt to stick to my carpet. I appreciated it that our service tech used the orange cones to protect the corners of my office and home when he cleaned our floors.
It removed odor and stains from pets.
