My carpets are clean and you do not feel that residue after normal carpet cleaning. Kevin did an excellent job!!

I was frustrated because we did the 3 rooms for 99 and the tech got here and said our living room counted as 2 rooms. If you have rules on size, let people know.
The customer service and time was great, when I got home, my carpets were a little damp totally no big deal. But the next day when they were dry I could smell dog pee, which was why I had my carpets cleaned, because my pup is now potty trained and doesn't have accidents.. But over all it was a great price and the customer service was great. Thank u

It's all about customer service! Reminders. The ability to schedule appts on-line. Confirmation calls. Notification call the day of service. "Hi, Jeremy will be your technician today and will be there by 8:10am" Awesome! Jeremy was most professional and personable.
i like that the products are healthier for children and the environment.

My carpets are not sopping wet when done by Zerorez and I don't have to worry about
heavy chemicals throughout my house. They have always gone the extra mile for me. I have
a dog now and they have a wonderful spray called Zero Stink that I can spray on any puppy
accidents that works like a charm.
Service man was very professional! Explained what he would be doing and how the products would work . We were very impressed. Rug and staircase looks great. I would recommend this company highly.
The service person, Jeremy, was considerate, accommodating, and customer oriented. The service he performed was superior to other companies we had over the twenty two years we have lived in this house. The value of the service and product is high (on a scale of 1-10 it was a 10).
technician was not well informed on what he would be cleaning before he arrived. Nor was his van prepared with equipment needed.
