K.C. provided expert advice on selecting the correct style and frame size for the Verve 2 step through, which i purchased. He also installed two handle bar accessories from my 10+ year old Trek Navigator 500 and an existing bike rack and rack bag. Dealing with sales personnel, with depth of knowledge about the products they are selling is a real benefit these days.
