I popped in to try a FT bike. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful as was the person who answered my questions when I called prior to arrival.
Torsten the bike mechanic is one of the best guys I have met. One of your sales people sold me a bike they knew would not fit, a 62cm Domane, when I am 6’7” with a 37” inseam, rather than referring me to a different company that makes a 64cm frame. Torsten did everything in his power to help me get a good fit by rigging the bike to more resemble a 64cm.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have been customers of HP Trek for over 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience, service or product. They are our go to store for all our cycling needs!!!!

They were very helpful and friendly when I took an old bike in to get tuned up. They did it while I waited and the charge for their service was minimal. I will be taking more bikes to them. They also have a wonderful selection of new bikes for purchase.
