Great bikes, great prices, and truly outstanding customer service. I placed my order for two bikes, and they were ready for pickup the very next day. I spoke with Dwayne on the phone, he was professional, courteous, and made the process super easy. When I arrived at the shop, Nikko helped me out and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions. He even went above and beyond to help get both bikes loaded onto my old hitch carrier.

Having been deeply involved in cycling on both roads & trails in the past, I'm returning & playing catch up. À couple of people recently recommended Zion Cyclery. I stopped in to check out the store.The staff was friendly and Nikko in particular patiently answered a multitude of questions and provided some valuable answers & opinions that helped me reach a decision on some upgrades I'd been considering & was able to purchase from your shop along with some friendly advice to ensure optimal performance by cleaning and lubricating all the areas I'd been neglecting. Outstanding experience, I'll be back.

Staff was very friendly and took care of our bike repair right away. Staff also showed my 13 year old son how to make bike fixes the correct way as to not repeat damaging the bike in the future. Very positive experience.
I really appreciated the variety of price points that were offered on all of the products. As someone who is new to buying a quality bike and not just something off of a rack at target, it was nice to feel like I could get a still good quality item for a more reasonable (for me) price point instead of just professional stuff. I also appreciated the COLOR! So many places I’ve looked at, everything is “serious” and just blacks, greys, and blues. I loved seeing hot pink handle bar grips and green pedals and things like that.
