I was there yesterday for a Professional Bike Fitting. Robert fit me into his schedule with a very short wait time. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and generous in sharing his knowledge. I took the bike out this morning for a brisk 25 miles with a few friends and Robert’s adjustments and pointers seemed to make a world of difference, both as to bike comfort and speed/power. This was just one ride but Robert’s work seems to help a great deal.
Staff were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. It was good to have a difficult problem solved. “D” was able to design a wheel not available from manufacturer for my e-bike, so I can ride again. I was very impressed with his expertise. Would highly recommend.
The workers were extremely helpful. They helped my wife learn how all the electronics work on the bike worked. The warranty was clearly explained. Zion Cyclery currently services my bicycles. They do exceptional job. I have confidence in the quality and accuracy of their service.
