The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He went over the bike with me and explained what needed to be done and what was not necessary yet. He was able to install two new tires while I waited. He also made some adjustments, lubed the chain and recommended the tire pressure I should use for my weight and riding conditions.

Unlike most of the local stores that have kids as mechanics, the mechanics at your store are top notch professionals. After I took my Domane in for the first time, I'll never have anyone else work on it again. Also, the entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's a little bit of a drive from Arlington Heights, but it's definitely worth it.

We were unable to get the tire off the rim. I was very grateful that you were able to send a van to pick me up with my flat tire. This was such a help and relief. Douglas was the van driver. He was very helpful and friendly. I don't know the name of the man at the service desk. It was Torsten and another man. They were also helpful and friendly. They were able to get my flat fixed in a matter of minutes and I was on my way to finish my bike ride. Thank you.
