Ordered through Trek and unassembled bike was delivered to Zion Cyclery. They were able to completely assemble bike that same day, so I could pickup after work. Sales people were very helpful, providing suggestions on attachments and installing them before I left.

Shortly after I had picked up my bike from a tune-up, I crashed. I went back to the shop and the staff inspected my bike to make sure it was still safe to ride. Nikko found a crack in my helmet and immediately started the process of replacing it for free (big fan of that Trek crash replacement guarantee) and I had my new helmet within a couple of days. I highly recommend this shop!
Upon entering the store I was treated immediately. Then we talked about what I needed to get my bike rolling again. They said they could get it done and I left my bike and all looked great when I picked it back up. I always recommend Zion Cyclery. Thank you for being great!!

The service team here is outstanding and went out of their way to get a repair of my eesilk Cane Creek saddle and seat post covered under warranty. They also tuned up my son's derailleur on his KHS bike and gave me pointers on how to do it myself for free. This place is a great. No snooty bike mechanics. Just great customer service.
