I recently visited your store and was immediately welcomed and taken care of. I had a serious issue with another independent business that involved picking up my bicycle, and your team stepped in to help without hesitation. Multiple staff members assisted at an extremely low cost, and most importantly, the work was completed right when I walked in—the sense of urgency was incredible.
My bicycle means more to me than any other possession because of the health and happiness it brings. I used to live near your Highland Park location, where I've visited for DEXA scans many times and even purchased my lighting accessories. I was thrilled to learn that this is a family-owned business run by your two daughters—I can't say enough about them. Their sense of community and willingness to help is truly outstanding.
Dwayne, in particular, was fantastic. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it with laser-like precision, all while maintaining a relaxed and reassuring demeanor. This gave me the confidence to confront the previous vendor, who had misrepresented their services and failed to replace the chain, leaving my bike running worse than before.
We're in difficult times, and I don't understand how things can turn so ugly, but experiences like this restore my faith. I'm still conflicted about how to fully resolve the issue with the other vendor, but your team's support made all the difference.

We were unable to get the tire off the rim. I was very grateful that you were able to send a van to pick me up with my flat tire. This was such a help and relief. Douglas was the van driver. He was very helpful and friendly. I don't know the name of the man at the service desk. It was Torsten and another man. They were also helpful and friendly. They were able to get my flat fixed in a matter of minutes and I was on my way to finish my bike ride. Thank you.
