Mostly I love walking in and Niko greets me by name and works with me to get what I need. Been my favorite shop but sadly moved a little further away so can't come often.

CJ was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through everything my bike needed for the next calendar year. He helped me understand not only what needed to be done, but why, and made sure to set the proper expectations for what any services would cost and when a good time to address them would be. Great experience and I look forward to returning in the spring before another busy riding season.
