The people who work at Zion Cyclery are knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and pleasant. We have thoroughly enjoyed doing business there over the years because of the people. They have a full line of products and also can obtain whatever you want quickly.

The man who helped me was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.
Very knowledgeable staff, very courteous and most of all, they didn't pressure me into having more done on my bike than what ai needed. Turn around time was excellent!
I bought a garmin varia and a park spoke wrench. What stood out to me was that when I asked the person at the service desk if he had any tips for using the spoke wrench, he told me! He didn't gatekeep the knowledge and tell me 'come here, we'll take care of it for you'. He told me 'knowledge is power'. This decision by the employee not to be stingy really sets apart this store from its competition. He was also very respectful to me, and respectful of who I am.
It also helps that the store is pretty awesome and has everything. I like that the stuff here is priced at the market price and is not marked up. I would much rather by my stuff here than from amazon and now that I went here once, I will make the 40 minute drive/1.5 hour bike instead of ordering on amazon.
