On a bike ride home to Chicago from Kenosha, I experienced a flat tire and was ill-equipped to handle the situation. The Trek Store of Highland Park was nearby and handled this quickly (only took 20 minutes) and in a high quality manner. The store was clean, comfortable ... even gave me a bottle of water while I waited. Staff were both courteous and went out of their way to make for a positive experience

We had a great experience at Trek Highland Park this weekend. My 9-year old son needed a new bike for his birthday. The salesperson (didn't catch his name) was super helpful, getting a couple different bikes set up to test ride. He picked one and the shop got it checked out and ready for him to take home. Whole process was seamless and enjoyable, and my son couldn't be happier with his new bike. Thanks!
