I really appreciated the variety of price points that were offered on all of the products. As someone who is new to buying a quality bike and not just something off of a rack at target, it was nice to feel like I could get a still good quality item for a more reasonable (for me) price point instead of just professional stuff. I also appreciated the COLOR! So many places I’ve looked at, everything is “serious” and just blacks, greys, and blues. I loved seeing hot pink handle bar grips and green pedals and things like that.

Great bikes, great prices, and truly outstanding customer service. I placed my order for two bikes, and they were ready for pickup the very next day. I spoke with Dwayne on the phone, he was professional, courteous, and made the process super easy. When I arrived at the shop, Nikko helped me out and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions. He even went above and beyond to help get both bikes loaded onto my old hitch carrier.
