We went in with a flat tire. The repairman encountered a tricky situation as he worked to repair it. We were impressed with his diligence to take the necessary steps to fix it in such a way that we wouldn’t have problems with the tire going forward. He apologized for the delay, yet we were happy he took the additional time needed to solve an unforeseen problem. Both staff members were pleasant and helpful. Our only store for our bike needs!

They were very friendly and professional both when I went in to drop off my bike and when I went to pick it up. Only thing is that I wish they had sent a reminder after a couple weeks when I forgot to pick it up, but they didn't complain or charge me for holding it for a while, which was really nice of them. I'll definitely be going back for any bike needs in the future!
This store has everything you need for riding, road, gravel..in all seasons. They have a great staff that listens to your needs and follows through in a professional manner to get you on the road as a beginner or back on the road if you experience bike issues. This is where I purchased my road bike and they know how to get it prepared for cycling events They did a great job with bike fitting so I can maximize my performance.
