Very friendly staff, and very affordable service charges. I try to do some basic maintenance myself but I bring my bike to Zion Cyclery for the professional work they do. They even offered suggestions on how I could improve my bikes drivetrain in the past which I took and I have not been disappointed. When someone asks where I get my bikes fixed, I tell them to come here. Thanks everyone for all the good work you have done for me over the years!

The service technician very knowledgeable. He broke down all tuneup options for me and customize my repair service. Gave me every option to repair my trek 6000. (30 years old). I weighed out my options of purchasing a new bike or repairing what I had. At no time was a pressure for me to buy a new bike. My bicycle is in excellent working condition right now. (Thank you, excellent work!) When the time comes, I will definitely come back and shop for a new one.
I have been going to zion cyclery since I was 8 years old and now I am 42. Same easy going, please test ride anything you want attitude. Very welcoming atmosphere. Niko is the best, he remembers my name even if I only come in once a year, and very knowledgeable.
