Just wanted to share my appreciation for your Service team member, Jeff. I came in with a broken cassette on a race wheel. Jeff quickly did an intake for me, gave me an estimate for when the repair might be ready same day, and within two hours I got an email saying it was ready. Very pleased and consistent with the service I've gotten from the store in the past.

The ordering proces was very easy and clear. Communication could have been better - I ended up waiting a week for the store to ask me a question because I didn't see the first voicemail. But, the bike was fully assembled and ready to go when I got to the store, and the people working there were excessively kind and friendly!

I have damaged spinal cord and walk with a cane and braces. So I ride a recumbent trike. Yesterday the chain broke on the trike a few hundred north of Park Avenue on the trail. I called the store and they sent help to get me to the store. Your mechanic fixed it right away and was on my way. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT.

I love Trek HP. The mechanics are terrific. They work on my recumbents and velomobile. Many mechanics would not touch them. I also like the selection of accessory products including clothing, nutrition (Skraitch is the best!) and tools. Support this shop!!
