Great tuneup. Bike rides like a new bike. Fastest speed on my regular route in a long time. It is amazing how one gets use to an unturned bike with different problems like bearings and brakes. They found these problems that I did not know I had and fixed them.
The bike feels and rides amazing. It picks up speed quick, and the breaks doesn't have any delays when it comes to stopping.

I found the tech folks working on our bikes to be very friendly and knowledgeable on both drop off and pick up. They helped me find a few items I was looking to install on my bike, walked us through the process for their work on our bikes and helped us load them back in the car upon pick up. Great place for quality work on your bikes.

Anthony and Nico welcomed me in last Sat. as I was looking for some service on slipping gears….in 20 min I had a new cassette and chain! Anthony explained what he was doing as I watched. These guys are both competent and welcoming!
Staff is amazing and super friendly. As a regular customer I'm treated like a friend to be honest. Zion cyclery carries high to mid end parts and bikes which is great. ZC can order you almost anything but seeing and trying it in person is always best.
Nikko the Manager is super knowledgeable as is Anthony and dee. Everyone there is to be honest. Always get my bike down ASAP and never try to sell me anything I don't need.
Casey the owner is great too. He's always friendly and and takes time to talk customers when he can and he's also really knowledgeable. Best shop in the area or state possibly.

Great product. Bought my Domane 5 seven years ago. Fun ride. Well designed. And never a problem. Great service. Had some arthritis in my wrist. Service guy built out handle bar and re-wrapped it allowing a grip that’s painless. Just had my second tuneup and it runs as good as new… and it’s spotless. Terrific experience all around!
