Called about a new saddle, salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Did a great job explaining the differences between two saddles. Explained the process for a saddle purchase as well. Salesperson was able to hold both saddles for me until I could get into the store to make my decision.

I had fresh sealant added to my tubeless wheels. The rear valve had sealant clogging it. It took a few minutes to clean the old sealant. My wheels were fixed in about 15 minutes. I had a friendly conversation about tire pressure. I'll be back

Your sales people are very knowledgeable about the product, and there was lots of variety. Big parking lot to test the bikes in, and the sales person sized us up so we can use our bike longer, which I so appreciated!
Friendly staff and some of them even know or remember us and our bikes. Usually helpful and good service. They actually fix the bikes and don’t treat you like your dumb and don’t pressure you into buying anything. They are knowledgeable and most of the time friendly. Nikko is always great and rest of staff. Ben C is not great at all he was horrible didn’t help and clearly didn’t want to be there and wasn’t knowledgeable and put parts on wrong to. Nikko and everyone else is great. Otherwise 10/10 Zion is the best bike shop around.
I came in to purchase a new bike for my 11 year old, and ended up leaving with new bikes for the family. Nikko was amazing in getting my boys fitted and we will continue to support this local business. Highly recommend!
