I came in with an irritating noise from my front derailleur. Your tech person very quickly found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He explained it all to me, so I could fix it myself the next time. I had brought this bike to several other shops but Trek was the only one who could figure it out and fix it. The lesson learned is never bring your bike for service anywhere but here.

Upgrading my grandson's balance bike was easy. Parts were ordered and word was done. He is VERY HAPPY!
We are occasional riders, but want our bikes in tip top condition. We needed tune ups and nothing was overlooked, and we were informed prior to some of the repairs needed as it required additional costs.

I received amazing customer service during both visits to the Highland Park Trek store. During the first visit, they took the time to answer all my questions about road bikes and provided great advice. I never felt pressured to buy and there were no hard sales tactics at all. During my second visit to pick up my new bike, they again took time to answer more questions, installed all my accessories, explained how they work, and did a super thorough bike fitting for me. After we left, my husband said he to me "now I understand why you wanted to come here for your bike." We were both so impressed with the service I received. It was a great experience. I live about an hour away from the store, but it was worth the drive and will be worth it in the future.

They took on my hub re-pack project and turned it around in 1 day. All other local shops were quoting me 1-2 weeks.
Enjoyed working with Dwayne and Nico; they were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I also really appreciated the road bike inventory. Many shops stock only Mountain Bikes and Hybrids, but Zion Cyclery has lots of road bikes in a variety of price points. This is really helpful for comparisons and sizing.

I can't say enough about how accommodating the front desk or service team was to suggest a good day and time for me to bring in my bike for the one year check up so I could wait for it. I had an hour drive and dropping it off and leaving it would have added an inconvenience to the task of getting it done. Thank you!

I have been a customer for over 10 years, purchased numerous bicycles and had service done on more that one occasion. I will continue to do so based on their very friendly and knowledgeable staff that never pressures you and will give great advice on which bike will be best for you. They ask a lot of fantastic questions, understand what you want and are not just going through the motions. I also love that they let you test ride bikes out in the parking lot ! Also, their service department is quick, professional and very thorough. In life you get what you pay for and Zion Cyclery and their staff are worth every dollar !
