I’ve brought in 2 different bikes. In May I brought my main bike the green/black Marlin 6 to get some worn out parts replaced and tires. I thought it would be 2-3 days, but they took care of it right away on the same day. They also noticed a bad gear cable and took care of that to. I waited in the shop 20 min. I was so surprised they did it right there and then. That was fantastic service and the bike has been rocken all year so far especially with the new Rapid Rob 29’s. Those tires have so much grip/traction and you can really feel them stick to changing services. Thank you for the awesome tires. One of better ones i’ve had on it so far. Fantastic service!
Then in June very recently I brought my back up bike in as the rear tire exploded during a ride. Ended up growing both tires and tubes replaced and did it right away and gave me much stronger more durable hybrid tires as the previous tires were horrible. Huge upgrade on the new tires. They’re fantastic so far bike is much happier with these tires and so is the rider. So again fantastic service and they knew exactly what tires to give me and serviced both bikes very well. Great service. Zion is still the only bike shop that has this good of service and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and doesn’t pressure you into anything. They know and remember me and my main bike the green/black Marlin. They actually fix the bikes and do it in a very good timely manner they don’t take weeks. Nikko is awesome to the whole staff normally is.
