The sales and service staff at HP Trek are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have become my primary store/supplier for my bike purchases, components, maintenance, gear and supplies. In the past, I have been to and purchased product and service from several other bike stores in Lake County and have had average to bad experiences. I am very happy that I walked into HP Trek last year and had a conversation with KC, Corry and Rob RE servicing 2 bikes that I had already purchased. In the last year, I have purchased 3 bikes, 2 carbon wheel sets, 4 sets of tires and not to mention maintenance on the 5 bikes that I/we own. They have done an outstanding job in guiding me with purchase, servicing my bikes and assisting all my bike needs!!!!!

Several things come to mind. Honest and straight forward, well rounded bike knowledge no matter the brand. Bike Trade discussions related to upgrades styles options etc. Staff very friendly, ea one takes their time to assist you, I feel like they treat all bikers the same. Fast and courteous service. Definitely connected to the local riders. One other point is that Nicco also remembers your name..lol Good Vibes from the shop!
